I’m Hobbie DuBose, founder of HD3 Strategies, bringing over 16 years of experience in the hospitality industry. Throughout my career, I've led initiatives that have driven meaningful results across operations, talent acquisition, learning and development, and concept innovation. My analytical mindset and love of strategy have guided me in establishing the first P&L reporting process for a new concept, developing tailored training and development strategies for national brands, and collaborating with in-house business analysts to improve decision-making and solve complex issues. My approach centers on building authentic connections and delivering data-driven, impactful solutions that consistently generate measurable outcomes. By leveraging analytical insights to streamline workflows, fostering cross-functional teamwork, and designing scalable processes, I help partners navigate obstacles and achieve sustainable growth.

Since the beginning of our careers, we've been immersed in restaurants, growing and evolving with the sector. It's an endless playground of problem solving, critical thinking, and organized chaos—areas where we thrive.

Over the years, we’ve had the privilege of collaborating with renowned national brands as well as smaller wineries and restaurants making their mark in the local scene. We’ve led large teams, supported operations and marketing initiatives, overseen grand openings in emerging markets, and helped develop a groundbreaking proof-of-concept restaurant—the first of its kind, anywhere. These experiences have sharpened our skills and fueled our passion for creating remarkable experiences on both sides of the counter.
